Release of Greymour add-on for The Elder Scrolls Online postponed for about a week

Game director ZeniMax Online Studios Matt Fireor Announces Release Additions Greymour and update 26 for The elder scrolls online will take place about a week after the originally scheduled date (May 18 on PC).

Fayor explained the delay by the fact that since mid-March, all studio employees first began working from home. At the same time, the game director noted that on test servers the addition and update will be released on time – April 20.

Also, due to quarantine in France, developers were not able to voice new content in French. Players from France will have to be content only with text and subtitles in their native language and English voice acting. The authors note that under normal conditions, recording and adding the voice of an addition to the game takes about 2-3 months.

Greymour will be the first chapter of the adventure “The Dark Heart of Skyrim”whose events unfold almost a thousand years before the action The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. On PS4 and Xbox One, the add-on is scheduled for release on June 2.
