The Elder Scrolls Online officially translated into Russian

Popular game developers The Elder Scrolls: Online appealed to players from Russia to announce the translation of the project into Russian.

Matt Firor of The Elder Scrolls Online, Project Manager Zenimax Online Studios recorded a video message to all Russian-speaking players, Gamebomb.ru reports. First, he congratulated Russia on the New Year and thanked gamers for supporting their game. He said that 2023 will be special for the Russian-speaking community. ZeniMax decided to fully translate TESO into Russian. The studio itself is engaged in localization, so there will be no separate version for the Russians. Those players who already have their own characters will save them and continue to play in the same client, but will be able to switch the language from English to Russian.

Matt Fireor has not yet begun to indicate even the approximate release date of the Russian translation of The Elder Scrolls Online, Gamebomb.ru reports. He promised players from Russia to share localization details later. The developer also did not specify whether the game will receive only a text translation, or else it will acquire Russian voice acting. So far, the promise has been promised only for PC users. It is not known whether the console version of the game will receive Russian. Fireor added that his team is looking forward to releasing yet another language for The Elder Scrolls Online. In 2023, he also promised other innovations, including new plot additions.

The multiplayer action game The Elder Scrolls Online was released in 2014 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. For several years, the project received many updates and 3 additions that opened up new regions for players. In May, another release with the name Greymoor is expected. In it, players will be able to explore Skyrim.
