Futuristic folklore in the Paradise Lost gameplay trailer – review

Polish studio PolyAmorous and publishing house All in! Games during The Escapist Indie Showcase introduced the gameplay trailer of their fantastic adventure Paradise lost. This is the first show of the direct gameplay.

In the world of Paradise Lost, World War II did not end. The fighting lasted more than twenty years, and for occupied Poland it all ended with a Nazi nuclear strike. After that, a post-apocalypse set in on the territory of the country.

The protagonist of the game is perhaps the only survivor. He has been wandering the post-nuclear wasteland for twelve years and one day he comes across an abandoned Nazi bunker. And a voice from nowhere offers him help in return for the service.

In the world that we meet in a strange construction, unprecedented technology and Slavic folklore motifs are fantastically intertwined. By exploring the area, we can learn more about the past, and then decide whether the future exists.

Paradise Lost has no release dates yet, but they plan to release it in Steam until the end of the year.
