Exhibition IgroMir 2023 will be open to the public by QR codes

Organizers IgroMira and Comic-Con Russia published an announcement on social networks, where they said that this year’s events will most likely be open to the public only by QR codes.

“At the moment there is no clear requirement to hold events at Crocus Expo using QR codes. But the general practice says that this will be the only possible way to hold the festival.”

At the same time, it is noted that the system with digital covid passports will not work for everyone. Thus, visitors under 18 years old will be able to enter the event without a QR code, while persons who have reached the age of majority will need one of three types of QR codes issued through the State Services.

  • QR code for vaccination against coronavirus infection;
  • QR code about a previous coronavirus infection not later than six months before the event;
  • QR code for a negative PCR test no later than 72 hours before the event.

IgroMir and Comic-Con Russia will be held in Moscow exhibition complex “Crocus Expo “with 7 on 10 october… Last year, the traditional format of both events was canceled due to restrictive measures due to COVID-19.
