On March 13, open qualifiers for the second season of the Dota Pro Circuit 2023 for the CIS and Europe will begin. In each qualification, teams will compete for slots in a closed stage, which starts on March 18 in both regions.

The first and second open qualifiers for the CIS and Europe will be held on March 13-14 and March 15-16, respectively. The organizers of the competition will see the registered participants in the single-elimination bracket. In Europe, matches to one win will be held up to RO32, in the CIS – up to RO16. The rest of the confrontation will arrange up to two victories.
