Start of Warface Open Cup: Season XV Tournament Dated

Company Mail.ru reported that this Friday, February 28, the LAN-finals of the tournament will begin Warface Open Cup: Season XV. LAN-finals will be held in the e-sports complex WINSTRIKE Arenawhich is located to the address: Moscow, Teatralny pr-d, 5s1, TsDM. Tournament participants will compete for a prize pool in 5.5 million rubles.

Group stage matches will be held on February 28 and 29, and on March 1, decisive battles will take place between the teams that defeated the opponents in the previous days. Among the teams that qualified for the finals following the qualifying stage of the tournament – Crowrowrow.ag, Pogchamp, Repulse, Young, No Pontov, Fat, Funny, Boomerang.

According to the results of the tournament, the winners will receive the main prize – 2.1 million rubles. The runner-up team will receive 1.1 million rubles, and the teams who shared 3-4 places – by 550 thousand rubles.

Everyone can follow the events of the LAN finals from February 28 to March 1 thanks to online broadcasts in the official Warface communities on YouTube and Twitch, as well as on the social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki. Event start time: February 28 – 14:30 Moscow time, February 29 – 13:00 Moscow time, March 1 – 13:30 Moscow time.

In addition to watching matches, visitors to the tournament will be able to play Warface on the most powerful computers in the gaming area Hyper PC, win gifts from partners of the tournament and take part in contests. Also, all visitors can get acquainted with video bloggers and invited guests, chat with e-sports idols and like-minded people. Broadcast viewers will also not be left without gifts, the organizers say. Each fan, watching the stream on a special promo page, will replenish their warehouse with weapons, equipment and VIP accelerators, as well as receive a new in-game achievement – “Live”.
