All for the fans: EA explains why it decided to resurrect Dead Space

Studio EA Motive received from the management Electronic Arts green light to develop a remake Dead space due to the high demand for the return of the series from fans. “We saw a huge demand for Dead Space and decided to release the game our fans were asking for,” Wilson explained, declining to share new information about the remake.

“Apart from the teaser that we presented recently, I can’t share any other news now.”

According to the head of Electronic Arts, players were “incredibly positive” about the development of a Dead Space reboot.

“Dead Space is one of the most exciting games in our classic catalog. The demand for a return from the franchise has been exceptional, and we’re thrilled to respond and delight old fans while introducing new ones to the franchise along the way.”

According to internal research by Electronic Arts, only the Skate franchise can compete with Dead Space for return requests from the audience. Skate 4 is also in development now.
