Denuvo’s outcome – Metro: Exodus gets rid of DRM protection and appears on GOG with a big discount

Company Deep silver and studio 4A games announced and immediately released a new update for Metro: Exodus, along with which the anti-piracy system was cut from the PC version of the shooter Denuvo. On Steam, Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store, the game is now sold without DRM protection.

The patch also fixed a bug that caused faster filter consumption in the Sam Story add-on on all platforms, fixed the camera rotation issue that had occurred with the latest NVIDIA Ansel update, and added the ability to back up saves to the Epic Games Store in case of cloud storage failure. In addition to this, the update fixed some other minor bugs.

At the same time, the shooter appeared in the digital store GOG. Standard Edition is now available for purchase. 799 rubles (-fifty%). Discounts also apply to the full edition with all DLCs and both story extensions separately.
