- First person mode;
- FOV (field of view) adjustment option;
- Infinite ammo mode;
- Flashlight and crouch icons during first person play;
- Low and medium camera shake options;
- Adjusted stamina. With the standard stamina, the hero can now run for 5 seconds, instead of 3, as before;
- All DLC included;
- Separate list of achievements from Xbox-versions.
Performance has also improved. According to Jigzaw Killer, the game felt less jittery and smoother.
