Baza: the Ministry of Internal Affairs began the fight against sellers of cheats in Russia

Russian law enforcement officials may open a criminal case against two sites that sold cheats for computer games. Telegram-channel informs about it. Baza citing their sources in Ministry of Internal Affairs

Law enforcement officials are interested in the activities of the projects CyberTank /CyberShip and Hagz… As you might guess, the first site sold software for cheaters who love projects from the studio. Wargaming.net (World of Tanks, World of Warships), and the second portal was engaged in software for other games, and also offered a subscription.

Interior Ministry officers conducted a test purchase, after which they recognized the software as malicious. A criminal case can be initiated on the basis of Article 273 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation, use and distribution of malicious computer programs).

The owners of the above sites face imprisonment for up to five years. In August, portal administrators announced that they no longer sell software for cheaters.
