The plot details of the second film are kept secret, although it is expected that they will take an active part in it. Knuckles and Tails… The latter appeared fleetingly in the tape, but this time the role, apparently, will be expanded – even the logo of the tape hints at this.
The first film grossed $ 320 million worldwide with a budget of $ 85 million and was well received by the audience. This, among other things, was influenced by the change in the design of the protagonist, the first version of which was actively criticized.
The sequel will premiere on April 8, 2023.
