Service Telegraph for anonymous publications created by the team Telegramunlocked in Russia. This follows from the data of the official service of Roskomnadzor. The last two articles were excluded from the list of locks as early as July 11, and the resource itself is already available from all major operators.

The Telegraph lock began at the end of 2018 – about six months after Telegram (April of the same year). And last month, Roskomnadzor announced the removal of restrictions on access to the messenger, as service owners announced their readiness to fight terrorism and extremism.
