Spider-Man's Avengers PS4 Exclusivity Data Called Incorrect

At the weekend visitors to the UK store website Base noticed that in the description “Avengers»Exclusivity reported Spiderman for PS4. The reference was dropped shortly thereafter.

Then it was assumed that this was either a mistake or a leak of one of the bonuses for the PlayStation – Sony and Square Enix are jointly marketing the action game, so there will be some kind of exclusive content on Sony consoles.

However, a store representative told the portal IGNthat the information is erroneous and has been on the page for more than a year – since the announcement of the game at E3 2019.

The information was removed from the product page because it was incorrect. We deleted the information as soon as we learned about it. She has been on the page since June E3 2019 (since June 11, 2019).

So far we only know about one post-release character “Avengers“- Hawkeye. It will appear in the game shortly after release and will be free for all owners of the project. The rest of the new characters and all future story content will also be free.

The Avengers is out September 4 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. By the end of the year, the game will be updated for PS5 and Xbox Series X. From August 7, the project will begin three-stage testing.
