Shooting of the new “Evil Dead” has started

Shooting a new film in the cult horror franchise “Evil Dead“with the subtitle” Rise “officially kicked off in New Zealand, the director of the film said on Twitter Lee Cronin (“Other“,”50 states of fear“), who also posted a clapboard photo.

The roles of the sisters who have to face demonic forces went to Alissa Sutherland (“Vikings“) and Lily Sullivan (“Dream girl“).

The timing of the premiere of the new “Evil Dead” part has not yet been announced.
