After a little over a month, the developers Disco elysium decided to transfer the Russian translation of RPG to the agency Testronic, although initially it was handled by a team of enthusiasts led by Alexandra Golubeva and Volga Kapitonova.
Although the reasons for the change of the team are not directly reported, it seems that the matter is in the speed of translation: now a larger team will work on localization, which will be able to “ensure maximum quality, efficiency and attention to the Russian language”.
At the same time, Aleksanda “Alfina” Golubev will continue to work on the translation, but now in the role of a translator, and not the chief editor.
Testronic also translates Disco Elysium into German and French.
