“I Have New Dreams”: Screenwriter Overwatch left Blizzard after 20 years of work

After 20 years of work, the studio Blizzard left the screenwriter Michael Chuwho was in charge of the plot Overwatch. This is stated in his official appeal.

Chu joined Blizzard in 2001 as a tester. Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction. Then he managed to work on Diablo 3 and World of warcraft. However, it was Overwatch that changed the life of the developer.

As Chu himself said, while working on the game, he wanted to realize a more comprehensive vision of the Earth, on which people from all over the world would jointly fight for a better future.

“I have new dreams: to continue to tell these stories and build worlds that bring people together through games. To help create an inclusive world in which more people want to share stories that reflect their personal experiences,” he emphasized.
