How to Solve Inazuma Puzzles in Genshin Impact – review Addiction

New puzzles in Genshin and how to solve them.

With update 2.0 in Genshin impact a lot of new content has appeared, including puzzles with new mechanics. About what puzzles have appeared and how to cope with them, if you don’t want to figure it out yourself, in our guide.

Lens of memories

This tool appears at the player’s disposal during the quest “Sacrifice” (the quest chain starts with the task “A Strange Case in the Village of Konda” – the place where to get it is marked on the map).

During the quest, you will receive a new gadget – a lens. If you aim the lens at the Earth Kitsune (small statues of foxes that glow from the inside), you will either hear a hint or see a new object nearby that will help you reach a previously inaccessible area or solve a riddle. These chanterelles are scattered all over Inazuma, so do not forget to “shine through” them with a lens – somewhere they can remove an impenetrable electrical barrier or, for example, open the way to the electrocule.

Electro Stones

To solve the puzzles associated with these stones, it is enough to correctly combine them and transfer the impulse of the Discharge Stone to the Cumulative Stone.

Interaction with stones occurs using the power of Electro. In total, you will find three types of stones:

  1. Discharge stone – generates an electrical impulse (current beats around it).
  2. Relay stone – passes current from the previous stone (hangs above the ground, and does not stand on a pedestal, unlike other stones).
  3. The cumulative stone is the ultimate goal of the puzzle, it is necessary to “bring” a charge to it (it does not shock, but stands on a pedestal).

Relay stones can be lifted and moved to other locations. Accordingly, your task is to choose a place where the charge from the discharge stone will be able to “reach” the relay stone, and the relay, in turn, will “reach” the cumulative current.

But sometimes the distance is obviously too great. Then you yourself must act as a transmitter (throw an Electro effect on the hero or pick up an electrogranum from a nearby bush), other living creatures (for example, Electro slimes that are jumping nearby) or even an Electro fairy, which must be found nearby and brought to its place in the puzzle zone …

Lightning probe

This device was created in order to find places where Electro accumulates. It is activated if a creature or monster with the corresponding status falls within the radius of the probe – the probe arrow, like a compass, will aim at the nearest creature charged with Electro.

To solve the riddle, you need to be under an Electro charge (or with an electrogranum) and stand so that the arrow of the “compass” points in the same direction as the sharp corner on the base of the probe.

Some riddles are based on several probes at once – then you need to figure out which side to run up to them and where to stand in order to put all the arrows in the right direction.

Mechanical Cubes

To cope with this puzzle is simple – hit the dice with your main attacks so that they rotate, and make sure that all the edges are looking in the same direction and the same number of petals are burning on each.

As a rule, when you hit a cube, not only it rotates, but also those adjacent to it, and the number of petals changes on all three.

Actually, most of these riddles can be solved intuitively, with a simple search. And if you get completely confused and want to return the cubes to their original position, just exit the game and log in again – the cubes layout will be reset to default.

Current transmission

Electric obelisks are designed to transmit current on Yasiori Island. They are of two types:

  1. Mound of the Sacred Stone (pommel in the form of a crescent, not a full circle) – emits an electrical impulse when attacked.
  2. Mirror of the Thunderer (top in the form of a circle) – directs the charge of the Mound of the Sacred Stone.

Riddles with these obelisks will need to be solved in the Legacy of Orobashi quest chain to free Yashiori Island from an endless thunderstorm. The player’s task is to find the Kurgan (a starting point, an obelisk with a crescent moon), and then calculate the flight of an impulse from it through the Mirrors so that it eventually hits the dome in the center of the puzzle. Mirrors can be adjusted in direction and height – by rearranging these indicators, you can direct the flow of energy from one mirror to another and thus complete the chain.

To check where the charge will fly, return to Kurgan and hit it in order to trace the flight of the impulse and understand which of the mirrors needs to be turned.

Bake-danuki

The cutest kind of mystery you’ll encounter on Inazuma. Hearing nearby bells ringing, go to the sound – there you will find a small animal. As soon as you get close, he will disappear, and the bells will ring from another place. Go to the sound again so as not to lose sight of the danuki. After three or four repetitions of this game, the danuki will hide for the last time, turning into a trick object – a pile of stones, a wooden box, a vase or even a chest.

Having found this object, try to break it or somehow interact with it (the extinguished “torch”, for example, must be ignited with the help of Pyro) – then the bake-danuki will surrender completely, and as a reward for the game will leave you with several artifacts or a head of cabbage. How lucky you are!
