Idris Elba said that filming a full-length adaptation of the series Luther can start in September.
Rumors about the project have been circulating for a long time, especially due to the large time gaps between the last seasons.
The plot of the show tells about a detective John Luther, who is forced to disclose various dark cases, while trying to control his explosive nature and desire to transgress the boundaries of the law.
It is not clear what exactly the picture will tell, but, perhaps, it will be about some separate case of the hero. The author of the series will be responsible for the script. Neil Cross – The fifth season of the show itself aired in 2019.
