A remaster of the famous Xenoblade Chronicles role-playing game for the Nintendo Switch seems to be close to release

Updated role-playing game Xenoblade chronicles japanese studio Monolith soft and companies Nintendo received an official age rating in South Korea. This means that the remaster is almost ready and may appear on sale in the coming months. Earlier rumors pointed to a release in May 2023.

The original version of Xenoblade Chronicles debuted on June 10, 2010 on the Wii. To this day, she remains the game with the highest average score in the history of Monolith Soft studio on Metacritic. Journalists rated the project on 92/100.

In the remaster for Nintendo Switch, apparently, the authors were able to implement ideas that they had to abandon during the production of the original. For example, the first video of Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition demonstrates the location “Bionis Left Shoulder”, which was not available for research in Xenoblade Chronicles.
