Staff Activison Blizzard announced that tomorrow, July 28, organize a strike. They will gather at the main campus Blizzard in Irving to hold a protest rally against the actions of the administration.
According to the protesters, the company’s management does not express the views and values of the company’s employees. This refers to the response to the lawsuit: the company has denied the accusations, saying that all the fault of irresponsible policy officials, who forced out of California the best companies and enterprises.
The appeal criticizes Activison Blizzard leadership signed already in 2600 the company’s employees. They want to change the process of hiring and promotion, forced to cancel the reservation in the contracts to audit executives and to disclose information on wages and an increase in all employees, regardless of gender and nationality.
According to the initiative group, the current practice has led to the fact that women, including non-ferrous, and non-binary transgender and other marginalized groups vulnerable to gender-based discrimination, unfair oppressed in the appointment of new posts in comparison with men.
