Kena: Bridge of Spirits PlayStation 5 Developers Announce Game Relocation

Announced in June at the presentation PS5 action adventure Kena: Bridge of Spirits won’t be out this year. Game making studio Ember lab announced the postponement of the release to 2023 year due to the difficulties encountered in the transition to remote work due to the coronavirus pandemic

The developers are going to devote additional time to polishing the project in order to bring it to perfect condition and provide it in a form that meets their vision and the expectations of the players. Kena: Bridge of Spirits was originally set to premiere before the end of 2023.

The Ember Lab team is amazed at the positive reception of Kena: Bridge of Spirits from the community. Your kind words and your interest in the game inspired the team.

However, this year has brought a lot of problems, and the team’s move to work remotely from home has made the project progress much slower than expected. For this reason, we made the difficult decision to postpone the release of Kena: Bridge of Spirits until Q1 2023. This decision was not easy for us, but we believe that it will be better both for the game itself and for the well-being of the studio. We use the extra time to bring the game to perfection and deliver it in a way that suits our intent and your expectations.

We look forward to sharing more about Kena in the coming months and bringing you an amazing gaming experience early next year.

Earlier this week, Ember Lab shared fresh game details and told about the features of the version for PlayStation 5

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is being developed on the engine Unreal Engine 4 for PS5, PS4 and PC
