This information was shared by the DEALER youtuber, whose blog specializes in news about Xbox consoles.
According to the informant, soon Microsoft will share the first information about the budget prefix, which should give an idea of the new approach of the Xbox to the next console generation with several options for one device already at the start.
From the point of view of technical features, DEALER cited already known information: it will be an entry-level model with a processor based on Zen architecture and Navi graphics power 4 TFLOPS, while in terms of all the features, the console should be a more attractive option compared to the current Xbox One X. The cost of the prefix is also called – about 300 dollars.
In January, information appeared on the network about the new AMD single-chip system, which presumably may be related to the Xbox Series S. According to the merged data, the possible APUs of the set-top boxes were equipped with an eight-core Ryzen CPU with a clock frequency of 4 GHz and 16 GB of memory shared between RAM (12 GB) and VRAM (4 GB). There was no information about the GPU at that time.
Xbox Series X is due to launch worldwide this fall.
