According to Deadline, Jeffrey Piercevoiced by Tommy in The last of us, received a new role in the HBO adaptation.
He will play the part of a hero named Perry, a rebel from the quarantine zone – apparently, the character will appear in several episodes.
In addition, the series will feature Bill from the original game. Moreover, his partner Frank was also included in the plot – the latter at the time of the events of the original The Last of Us was already dead. Roles will play Cohn O’Neill (“Chernobyl”) and Murray Bartlett (“White collar”).
Filming the series from the script Craig Mazin (“Chernobyl”) and Neela Druckmann started quite recently – the first episode is directed by Kantemir Balagov (“Dylda”).
