Activision has announced Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time – a direct continuation of the third part of 1999, which will flirt with time travel and related paradoxes.
The main villain will again be Neo Cortex, but for him it will be possible to play, as for Coco, Crash’s sister. The studio is responsible for the development of the sequel Toys for bob, which in 2018 was distinguished by a remake of the first three Spiro.
According to the plot, Cortex still managed to find an opportunity to get out of captivity, opening a gap in reality – there he discovered a multiverse. Gameplay novelty will resemble the original trilogy, but with new opportunities for exploring levels.
In addition, there will be two modes of passage: retro with a limited number of lives and modern with endless rebirths at the nearest checkpoint.
