Amazon suddenly renewed a fantasy series for a second season “Good signs” from David Tennant and Michael Sheen…
The story tells about an angel and a demon who are used to living on Earth and decided to prevent the coming apocalypse. The show is based on the novel of the same name Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman – the latter acted as the showrunner of the first season and will become one of the scriptwriters of the second.
Initially, the project was planned as a mini-series, but it seems that the huge popularity played its part. The second season will tell about how the peaceful life of the heroes is violated by the messenger, informing about a certain secret.
Filming will begin this year, and all the main actors and authors will return to their duties.
