Better than “Zelda” in the UK, this year only debuted Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury and Resident evil village… The fourth and fifth places are occupied by Monster hunter rise and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart respectively.
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is the fourth game in the series to reach # 1 on the UK charts… The first three were The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (1998), The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (2003) and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening (2019).
In terms of physical sales in the first week, Skyward Sword HD lost 9% to the original Wii game and surpassed Link’s Awakening remake by 1.3%.
It should be borne in mind that in 2011 Skyward Sword was not released in digital format, and Skyward Sword HD, in addition to retail, is sold in eShop. Digital sales are unknown to trackers.

34% of the circulation was bought by users of Xbox consoles, another 34% – by PlayStation 4 owners, the remaining 32% – by the PlayStation 5 audience.
Adventure thriller Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart fell from 1st to 10th place with 80% sales decline and Japanese RPG Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin dropped out of the top ten and settled on the 13th position (-68%).
