System requirements found on Steam Biomutant Is an action-adventure RPG with a red panda in the lead role.
You can use either a keyboard and mouse or a gamepad to control it, and playback requires a connection to the Steam servers – presumably only for the first launch. There is no information about Denuvo and other DRMs yet.

Biomutant is out May 25 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Recently, the developers told in detail why the production of the game was delayed – for example, in the 2023 scenario alone, it tripled.
