Studio Aspyr media reported that a racing game Star Wars Episode I: Racer will come out 12 May on the Playstation 4 and Nintendo switch.
Reissue of the classic project of 1999, based on the famous scene of the racing competition from the film “Star Wars. Episode I: The Phantom Menace“, will offer players an updated control scheme designed for modern gamepads, and joint game modes on a split screen.
In total, the game features more than 20 characters, 8 planets and 21 tracks. Users will be able to customize their sub-racers, buying new parts, discover new characters and additional vehicles.
The original game was released in 1999 on the Nintendo 64, PC and Sega Dreamcast.
