Company Electronic arts and studio Dice presented today the trailer and the details of the sixth chapter of the shooter Battlefield V. As part of this event, the game will receive a big free update. “Into the jungle“where will go:
- New map of the Solomon Islands – location with the expectation of close infantry fighting in the jungle, along with the widespread use of water and ground equipment. Available in “Capture“and”Breakthrough“;
- Three new weapon models and two devices: light machine gun Type 11 and shotgun Model 37 for support fighters, carbine M2 and bazooka M1A1 for attack aircraft, as well as a deadly strike mine for support soldiers and attack aircraft;
- Three new elite fighters: Japanese commando Misaki Yamashiro (can be unlocked by reaching rank 40 before completing a chapter), American pilot Steve fisher and the Japanese pilot “Zero” Akira Sakamoto. Each has a unique appearance, character, voice cues and knives (machetes, knuckle-knuckles and fighter control stick);
A new chapter starts in the game on February 6. Battlefield V is available on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Read our review here..
