Today hackers allegedly leaked the first piece of data to the network, and there are many interesting things. We will focus only on games.
- According to hackers, Capcom is indeed going to release Resident Evil Village not only on next-gen consoles, but also on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.… This could happen as early as April 2023. A demo will appear before the start.
- Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Stories 2, previously announced for Nintendo Switch, will become its console exclusives, but by analogy with Street Fighter V, which received console exclusives on PS4. will be released on PC (Monster Hunter Rise – in October 2023, and Stories 2 will immediately visit PC simultaneously with the premiere on Switch)… The developers are now planning to release two demo Rise for Nintendo Switch at once – in January and March 2023. Stories 2 will acquire multiplayer modes, and after its debut it will receive paid add-ons and expansions.
- Resident Evil 4 plans to re-release in 2023 on another platform – Oculus VR (not to be confused with the Resident Evil 4 remake – it will be out in a few years).
- The documentation mentions development a new multiplayer game in the Resident Evil series, codenamed Project Highway or Village Online… It contains elements royal battle…
- For fans of Ace Attorney, they are preparing new compilations for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. Mentioned, in particular, The Great Ace Attorney and The Great Ace Attorney 2. This probably means that full localization of these games is planned. They are currently only available in Japan on Nintendo 3DS…
- Another new multiplayer Capcom game codenamed GUILLOTINE… It is set to debut on Nintendo Switch in February 2023 and on other platforms in May.

In its turn Sony bought a temporary exclusivity of the Resident Evil VII VR mode for PlayStation VR and an exclusive release of the Resident Evil VII demo on Playstation 4 for $ 5 million.
Finally, the source code appeared on the net Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and Devil may cry 2… The hackers are likely to continue leaking information.
According to the site BleepingComputerPreviously, the attackers asked Capcom for $ 11 million for keeping the stolen files secret, but the publisher refused to contact and went to the police.
