“Releasing amazing role-playing action in September”: CD Projekt RED switched to remote mode due to coronavirus

Today, many gaming companies close their offices and switch to a remote mode of operation in order to protect their employees from the rapidly spreading coronavirus COVID-19. Now a Polish studio has joined them. CD Projekt REDwhat are its representatives announced on its official Twitter page.

The developers assured fans that the release of the highly anticipated role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 still scheduled for September this year.

“Many of you are probably wondering how things are going with the CD Projekt RED and how COVID-19 affects our daily activities,” the report said. “Over the past week, we have adapted to the situation and gradually introduced preventive measures throughout our organization. Today, as a result of this preparation, CD Projekt RED completely switches the remote work as much as it is required. We accept the challenge and see no reason to stop the development of the game “Our goal is to release an amazing role-playing action in September.”

The premiere of Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled for September 17 for Playstation 4, Xbox one and PC.
