The first real photos of the new generation Xbox console from Microsoft appeared on the network, on which the gaming platform is shown from several sides.
On social networks, users are actively discussing two photos. Xbox Series X, reports Gamebomb.ru. Unlike previous advertising images that Microsoft showed during the announcement, here the next-generation gaming platform lies horizontally. One picture shows the front panel of the console, and the second shows the back with various connectors. New photos have confirmed previous leaks on this topic. Xbox Series X received two ports USB-A, HDMI, a network port, a connector for a power cable and an optical port for connecting audio.
If the new generation Xbox does not receive any additional connectors, then the Microsoft console will lose the ability to connect set-top boxes. According to Gamebomb.ru, at the start of the Xbox One, this function was positioned as one of the key, which gamers really did not like. Apparently, the creators of the new Xbox listened to the players and decided to abandon the idea of an all-in-one device.
On the back of the new Xbox is also visible the inscription “Prototype – not for sale.” Most likely, this is a special version of the Xbox Series X console for company employees or for game developers. The final version for users may differ from these photos.
The Xbox Series X will go on sale in late 2023. At the same time, Sony will release PS5.
