“Up to 1.2 billion customers visit 190 markets around the world every month on Microsoft.com and in Xbox and Windows digital stores,” the report said.

Microsoft launched the Microsoft Store retail chain in 2009. They featured its hardware products, such as Microsoft Surface and Xbox consoles, third-party Windows-based PCs, and service subscriptions. Microsoft regularly arranged various events in its stores and carried out repairs.
