Edition editor VentureBeat Jeff Grubb updated his makeshift schedule of summer gaming events. The presentation of Microsoft planned for June 9-10, with a more detailed look at Xbox Series Xmoved to august.
The reason, most likely, was the transfer of the event Playstation 5 from June 4 to June 11. The journalist notes that Microsoft may arrange something else this month or even return Xboxing day in June, but the company is definitely not going to act first and will wait for Sony to shoot back on Thursday with its presentation.
It might do something else in June. It could bring Xboxing Day back into June once Sony goes. But it definitely doesn’t want to go first for this part.

At the same time, Microsoft is still planning to organize another show in July, entirely devoted to showing games for the Xbox Series X from internal studios, and Sony, in turn, is preparing the next release State of play, which, according to Grabb, is scheduled for August.
Broadcast with the announcement of games for the PlayStation 5 starts June 11th at 23:00 in Moscow.
