Company Bandai Namco Entertainment and studio Fromsoftware revealed today updated information about sales of games of hardcore role-playing series Dark souls.
According to a published press release, launched 9 years ago, the franchise sold around the world with a circulation of over 27 million copies. The figure is relevant for this month and includes not only the shipment of physical copies, but also sales in digital stores. A year ago, the total number of all games sold was two million less.
In this case, only Dark souls III over 10 million copies sold. The publisher emphasized that even 4 years after the launch, the final part of the trilogy remains very popular due to the active and large community of players.

Elden Ring is created in conjunction with an American writer George Martin – the author of a series of novels “Song of Ice and Fire“. The game will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but when exactly, is still unknown.
