Comic-Con scolded for plans to host live event – Igromania

Organizers Comic-con were criticized online for announcing a special version of the event in the traditional format.

As conceived by the authors, on November 26-28, the popular festival will be held “live”, while its virtual version is still scheduled for July 23-25.

The creators expect that by autumn there will be much fewer problems with the coronavirus pandemic, and people will be able to gather in large quantities in one place. At the same time, already in 2023, they want to completely return the festival to the old, traditional format.

However, not everyone liked this solution – according to some users, the risk of infection will still be relevant during this period. In addition, Thanksgiving is held on these dates, and many will meet with their families, including not only ordinary visitors, but also guests of the event.
