From the developer of “The Witcher 3”: Published gameplay of the fighting game Hellish Quart – the successor to Bushido Blade

Early Access Steam game page appeared Hellish Quart by lone developer Kubold, who previously worked on motion capture for RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The new project is a fighting game with realistic sword fights in a 17th century setting. Among the characters will be represented by Polish hussars, Tatars, Swedish reitars, French musketeers and others.

In the release version, the developer promises to present 12 playable characters, each of which will differ in its own fighting style, different types of outfits, as well as 12 arenas, 6 types of difficulty levels, a cinematic story mode and an original soundtrack.

Unlike other representatives of the genre, in Hellish Quart, a single accurate saber strike can become fatal for one of the participants in the fight, which is clearly shown in the gameplay teaser. In battles, four buttons on the controller will be used, which are responsible for different types of strikes.

When the game comes out in Steam early access, has not yet been reported.
