FFXV Game Director is working on new games in collaboration with major companies

Development Manager Final Fantasy Type-0 and Final fantasy xv Hajime Tabata in an interview with the magazine Weekly Famitsu stated that his studio JP Games is working on two new games.

According to Tabata, each project is being developed jointly with a large company. Also, the development manager noted that the games will be large-scale.

The first project was a high-speed RPG, which Tabata described as an experimental game and an evolution of Final Fantasy Type-0. Tabata wants to reduce the time required for one playthrough by concentrating the experience. Replayability will provide multiplayer. The team has already completed the pre-production stage.

Work on the second project has just begun. It is an AAA RPG, described as an evolution of Final Fantasy XV. The goal is to make a large-scale title that includes free exploration.

Recall that Tabata founded the JP Games studio at the end of 2018.
