Publishing house Capcom revealed the details of the fourth major update for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. The update release on all major platforms will take place on July 9. In addition, the creators released the sixth developer diary and presented an updated roadmap.
The fourth major update to version 14.00 (July 9) is:
- New Monster – Dragon Alatreon;
- New seasoned monster – winter variation Barioth (Frostfang Barioth). It will be available at the time of the event quest from August 7 to 19;
- Brazilian carnival festivals Summer Twilight Fest (Aster) and Sizzling Spice Fest (Celiana) (Passed from July 22 to August 6 this year);
- Event quest with the participation of the winter variation of the seasoned monster Bariot, which will be held from August 7 to 19.
Fifth major update to version 15.00 (this fall)
- The return of one of the monsters of past games in the series;
- Master-rank multi-layer armor;
- New festival in Aster and Selian (will be available in the fall).
