Crunchyroll announces nominees for Anime Awards 2023 – review

The largest internet service CrunchyrollEast Asia Media Products Announces Nominees for Its Annual Award Anime awards. For the first time this prize was awarded in 2017, then the best anime was recognized as “Yuri on ice“.

Voting for the best animes, their heroes and creators has already begun. All users of the service can cast their votes daily until January 17. And the award ceremony will be held on February 16, it will be held by a star WWEwrestler and YouTubeblogger Xavier Woods.

The title of the best anime of the year:

  • Carole & tuesday;
  • Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba“;
  • Mob Psycho 100 II“;
  • O Maidens in Your Savage Season;
  • The promised camp of dreams“;
  • Vinland saga.

Special nominations are dedicated to the best screen girls and boys. For the title of best boy fight:

  • Bruno Bucciarati (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind);
  • Hyakkimaru (Dororo);
  • Kanata Hoshijima (Astra lost in space);
  • Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama (Mob Psycho 100);
  • Tanjiro Kamado (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba);
  • Naruzou Machi (How Heavy are the Dumbbells You Lift?)

Among the best girls of the year are such names:

  • Carole (Carole & tuesday);
