Australian gamers will face trial due to fraud with bets on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Last summer we wrote that the Australian police detained players Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on suspicion of fraud at betting bets. The case was continued.

Police finally indicted five players CS: GOwho, on suspicion, deliberately lost in competitive matches to get a big win from bets. Four of them are twenty years old, one is twenty-seven years old. In Australia, this crime can lead to imprisonment of up to ten years. The trial will take place on September 15th.

This is the first such case in the history of Australia.
