Atlus held the next broadcast of Persona 5 Scramble – review

Not so long ago, we could see the first two hours of gameplay Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. Then the live broadcast of the game was conducted by the popular Japanese streamer Gatchman. Now now Atlus entrusted the next part of the journey virtual YouTube-shade of Shirakami Fubuki.

This time we were shown two hours of gameplay in the second location of the game, Sendai. Here, the Joker and his friends will meet with the writer Ango Natsume. His book “The Prince of Nightmares” has become a bestseller, they are going to shoot a series on it, and online forums are full of discussions of the novel.

However, if you take a closer look, it turns out that few people have heard of the book and its creator outside Sendai. Not only that, the novel “Prince of Nightmares” is frank plagiarism: it is molded from pieces of other people’s creations, including an anime of two years ago.

It is easy to guess that it is an ambitious, but not very honest and restrained writer who is waiting for a group of Phantom Thieves in a local prison as a boss. And his dwelling in it resembles a medieval fortress.

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers in February will be available in Japan. The timing of the western release has not yet been announced. The game comes out on the PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
