Producer Toshio Iizuka announced a new franchise project “Aria”. It was announced that actress Rina Satou (Mikoto Misaka from the anime “Some scientific Railgun”) will play Athena Glory. The former female performer died in 2011.
The new project will debut this winter to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the anime series. The producer did not disclose the format of the work.
Earlier in the Aria manga, Kozue Amano released a full-length animated film and several anime series, as well as OVA. This is a story about a girl who flies from Mars to Earth who wants to become a gondolier. In addition to gaining skill, the heroine will find many new friends.
