Russian subscribers of the service PlayStation Plus on the console Playstation 4 ask the company Sony Interactive Entertainment deal with the confusion surrounding free games in August and in the future it will be more correct to convey information about the products provided to consumers. They write about this on the official PlayStation blog and social networks.
Resigned to the fact that in Russia Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered will not distribute, PS Plus subscribers went to PlayStation Store for other August free games announced for our region – Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and Frantics (“Mad Men”). However, there they had to face oddities.
On the main page of the store there is a PS Plus banner with the hero of “Mad Men”, however, by clicking on it, players are offered to download only Fall Guys – there is no mention of the second project anywhere…
Against this background, many decided that Sony reduced the free distribution to Russians in August to only one game, but it is not so… In order to get Mad Men for free, PS Plus subscribers need to manually find the corresponding page by typing the name into the search bar. Or just follow this link…

Furthermore, fifth season Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) advertised in the Russian PS StoreThis is despite the fact that these games are not represented in the store at all.
It is unclear why the department responsible for advertising banners for the Russian segment of the store is still not aware of the situation with Call of Duty in our country.
Sony does not comment on the situation and does not respond to players’ dissatisfaction.
