Following the massive “leak” of Grand theft auto vi, what happened at the end of December last year, another appeared containing similar details. It is worth noting that neither past nor current information carries any share of reliability and you must consider everything written below as a rumor that can be refuted at any time. Moreover, Rockstar games has not even announced GTA VI, so take the information with a fair amount of skepticism.
However, some of the details of the two “leaks” coincide, therefore, it is quite possible that they came from the same person who wrote from different accounts for conspiracy. The new “leak” contains more specific information, even reveals the names of the actors who allegedly voice the game.
The post was posted on the Reddit forum on January 10 and, like the past, was immediately deleted. It contains detailed information about the alleged characters of the game, its setting and even the release window.
The main characters are twins
The December “leak” spoke of the twins as the main characters. A new message confirms this information, calling them brother and sister. The role of the protagonist named Matias González will be played by Emmy laureate John Leguizamo, and Puerto Rican singer, fashion model and actress Rosaline Sanchez will act as the main villain of Valeria Madrina.
Vice City and two more cities
According to the new “leak”, users will return to the 1980s and 90s, where Vice City will be waiting for them again. As in the December rumor, the article claims that this city will not be alone. In addition to Vice City, GTA VI allegedly will have two more cities: one of them was created on the basis of the American resort city of Fort Lauderdale, and the second is inspired by the capital of Colombia, Bogotá.
The latter is likely to be similar to the North Yankton from GTA V, which players visited to complete certain missions.
At the end of December, they spoke of the likeness of Boston. In this information is somewhat different. However, a fresh rumor mentions nine small towns in addition to the three main ones. Settlements will be scattered between Vice City and Fort Lauderdale.
Release window
And now for the fun part. The proposed release window is called the end of 2023 – the beginning of 2023. According to rumors, the first trailer will be released in April 2023, and the game will be announced in February (without a trailer). Recall that GTA V was announced about two years before its release.
It was previously reported that Rockstar Games is looking for a highly qualified and experienced video editor to create and edit game trailers.
Other details from the new “leak”:
- The map was developed taking into account air travel;
- The two main characters are brother and sister;
- A six-star wanted scale will return;
- Online mode will be more story-oriented (in the style of Red Dead);
- For cars, a fuel consumption scale will appear for the first time;
- It will be possible to purchase personal vehicles;
- Weapons can be stored in the trunk;
- The police system will be similar to that of RDR2.
