Independent studio Evil Twin Artworks announced the release of a new part of the strategy series Victory At Sea… Chapter Ironclad, dedicated to the events of the American Civil War, will appear in Early Access Steam 25 February.
At the time of the premiere, only one side will be available in the game, the Union, a story campaign will be dedicated to it. Over time, players will gain access to another warring faction, the Confederation. The developers also plan to add support for mods and custom battles during Early Access.
In the global strategy of Victory At Sea Ironclad, battles will take place in both seas and rivers, and their outcome will be influenced by onshore transport and supply systems. Players will be able to command the entire fleet of the North, as well as individual fleets and ships.
It is not yet known how long Victory At Sea Ironclad will be in Early Access.
