Tom Hanks and the Second World War: Sony showed the first trailer for the movie “Greyhound”

Company Sony pictures introduced the trailer for military drama “Greyhound” from Tom Hanks starring. The events of the film will unfold in 1942 at the height of World War II and tell about how an international convoy of 37 allied ships led by the captain of the American destroyer Ernst Krause set sail through the northern part of the Atlantic Ocean, falling under shelling of Nazi submarines.

The tape is based on the novel by Cecil Scott Forester “Good shepherdThe director was the winner of the award “Oscar“for the short film” Two Soldiers “ Aaron Schneider according to a script written by Tom Hanks himself.

Greyhound Premiere Takes Place June 12th. The film was originally supposed to be released on May 8th.
