“They won’t get a penny from me anymore”: Fallout 76 fans are not happy with the Fallout 1st premium subscription for 8,600 rubles

Last fall, the company Bethesda launched a premium subscription for Fallout 76 entitled Fallout 1st. For a “modest” fee in 1069 rubles per month or 8599 rubles for the whole year fans of the post-apocalyptic multiplayer project get access to a number of bonuses and features, including unique items and the ability to create your own private server for playing without unauthorized persons.

But, unfortunately, months after the launch of the subscription many players were somewhat disappointed that in its current state, in principle, it can offer. Resource user Redditwriting under a nickname BelindaMifsud, posted a lengthy post accusing Bethesda of unfair advertising.

At first, the grieved player listed all the nice bonuses, including servers (although here there were reservations related to the maximum number of players that can play on them), skins and a set of in-game currency.

And later BelindaMifsud figured out an approximate list of what Fallout 1st absolutely not giving. Specifically, the fan is dissatisfied with the small amount of unique equipment, the lack of promised functions, such as mod support on personal servers, discounts in the game store and the increased amount of space available for development.

It’s also noted that throughout this time, premium content was extremely “static“despite the fact that according to the original plans Bethesda I intended to closely monitor and respond to audience requests.

Claim on Reddit caused heated discussion – hundreds of buyers Fallout 76 spoke on the topic. At the same time, some defended Bethesda, indicating that the game as a whole has become prettier and overgrown with content over the past year, and it’s completely free.

Others agree with the original and the message and require clear comments from the developers. Otherwise, they write, Bethesda will not receive a penny from them anymore.

Another user group is of the opinion that if someone is not happy Fallout 1st, that is, at least one reasonable way out of the situation – you just don’t have to pay for a subscription.

Representatives Bethesda have not yet responded to the situation.

Release date Fallout 76 Held on October 23, 2018 at Playstation 4, Xbox one and PC. Recently, the project got a major content update. Wastelanders and moved to a digital platform Steam.
