Let’s open April with a fresh selection of the best cosplay from the past week.
Ciri and the hostess – “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt”
No matter how many new games are released, the adventures of Geralt and Ciri do not become less relevant for cosplayers – this week, an addition to the list of worthy works. According to the plot of this shooting, Cirilla, played by Lada Lumos, comes to the inn (or maybe to a slightly different institution – you can decide for yourself) after a hard fight, and the hospitable hostess (Mari Miwa) gives her a warm welcome.
Klee – Genshin Impact
Published six months ago Genshin impact also finally began to gain popularity among domestic cosplayers: Chana Chan plays the role of a young mischievous Kli, who, despite her small stature, is capable of destroying the entire battlefield with fire bombs.
Bronya Zaychik – Honkai Impact 3rd
Next in line is another gacha game from a Chinese studio miHoYo – Honkai Impact 3rd, or Houkai 3rd… And yes, the heroine, who, according to the plot, is a Russian orphan-killer, is exactly that name: Bronya Bunny. Don’t ask.
Vicky and Malbonte – “The Romance Club”
In the meantime, some cosplayers are discovering the worlds of Chinese gacha projects, others are developing fandom with might and main. “Club of Romance”… Just a couple of weeks ago, we showed you one of these works, and this week another one appeared – all based on the same “The Secret of Heaven” plot. As Natasha Kochetkova aka Narga herself, who played the main character Vicki Walker in this shooting, shared, “It just so happens that you liked a character so much that you can make a costume and a photoset for him”… And she was accompanied by Alexey Kochetkov aka Aoki in the role of the antagonist of Malbonte.
Lady Dimitrescu – Resident Evil: Village
But perhaps the most unexpected cosplay of this week was presented to us by the former Russian basketball player and Olympic champion, and now model Ekaterina Lisina, who decided to reincarnate as Lady Dimitrescu from the coming Resident Evil: Village… The data for this image she has, perhaps, is ideal: the height of a girl without heels is as much as 206 centimeters (the heroine from the game, we recall, is about 290 cm), and she also got into the Guinness Book of Records not only as the tallest professional model in the world but also as the woman with the longest legs in the world. It all looks, of course, like a viral ad from Capcom, but Lisina herself has not yet commented on this shooting – she only posted a few photos on her Instagram. There was also an atmospheric video parody of the original trailer for the game, where a model in the form of Dimitrescu complains by phone to Mother Miranda that her followers tortured her with endless requests to cosplay this Resident Evil heroine.
