Company Asus announced the release of two new laptops line Zenbook – thirteen (UX325) / 14 (UX425). Both models will go on sale in July and are the thinnest ultrabooks on the market with 13.3 ”and 14” screens and a full set of ports, including connectors HDMI, USB Type-A and USB Type-C with interface Thunderbolt 3.
Their dimensions are 304 x 203 x 13.9 mm and 319 x 208 x 13.9 mm, and their weight is 1.07 and 1.13 kg.
As the company’s studies have shown, from ultrabooks, the audience wants not only a lightweight thin case made of premium materials, but also the most capacious battery. Therefore in ASUS ZenBook 13/14 special emphasis was placed on these parameters.
Thanks to the 67 Wh lithium-polymer battery, these ultrabooks can run up to 22 hours of real time or play FullHD video for 18 hours in a row. The devices support fast charging – in 49 minutes they charge up to 60%.
As ASUS representatives told us, the devices can be recharged even from standard external batteries for smartphones.
ASUS ZenBook 13/14 has a display Nanoedge with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a maximum brightness of 450 nits and thin frames of 2.9 and 2.5 mm, respectively. The relative screen area is 88% and 90%.
In addition, there is a digital unit ASUS NumberPad 2.0, full-width keyboard, swivel mount Ergolift and built-in infrared camera with function support Windows hello.
Ports: 2 x Thunderbolt 3 USB-C with support for ASUS USB-C Easy Charge, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, 1 x standard HDMI 2.0, 1 x microSD card slot. There is no 3.5 mm minijack, but an adapter is included.
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Home.
Processors are used as filling Intel Core i7-1065G7, Intel Core i5-1035G1 and Intel Core i3-1005G1. There is also a version on AMDlike Ryzen 7 4700U.
Processors work in conjunction with graphics Intel Iris Plus, LPDDR4x memory with a frequency of 3200 MHz (up to 32 GB) and a solid state drive with a PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe interface with a capacity of up to 2 TB.
ASUS ZenBook 13/14 supports WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.0.
The device uses a company certified audio system Harman kardontechnology ASUS SonicMaster with surround sound and support for voice assistants Cortana and Alexa with voice recognition technology.
ASUS ZenBook 13/14 is available for pre-order and will be released in Russia in July. Prices for these devices in the company store start at 73,990 rubles.
